FAQs

I support smart, motivated women who are ready for a change in their work life. You may be considering a career shift, starting or rethinking a business, or simply trying to figure out what you want next.

I can help you rethink your career, explore a new direction, evaluate a business idea, move into self-employment, or reshape a business you already have.

The common threads are: change, implementation, and building a work-life integration that works for you.

No. In fact, figuring that out may be part of the work.

You can come with a clear goal, a few ideas, or simply the sense that something needs to change.

This is a 90-minute working session focused on what you want to do next and how you can make it happen.

I’ll assess where you are now, what you want to change, and what you’re working with—your experience, skills, ideas, goals, and constraints. Together, we’ll identify patterns, explore options, and determine which directions are worth pursuing.

My role is part coach, part consultant. I’ll ask questions, offer my perspective, and introduce ideas or possibilities you may not have considered.

You’ll leave with clearer direction, concrete next steps, and a brief written summary of the key insights and recommendations from our session.

If you want ongoing support, we can also talk about what continued work together could look like.

As a psychologist, I’m trained to assess strengths and challenges, understand patterns, and help people clarify what they want.

I also have 30 years of experience supporting people through change and a deep background in women’s career development and work.

I’ve built and reshaped my own businesses around the life I want to live, so I understand this work from both a professional and personal perspective.

That combination gives me a wider lens. I can help you think not just about your next job or business move, but about building a work life that supports your whole life.

Yes. I work with organizations on women’s career development, work design, and creating better ways for people to work.

Topics can include women and work, career development and retention, neuroinclusion, the evolution of work, and how technology is changing the human experience of work.

I do have a small psychotherapy caseload, but I’m not accepting new therapy clients at this time.

My work here is solely focused on career and business development.
